Shipping Policy

Cozy Flats BnB specializes in digital services, partnerships, and operational systems for short-term rental businesses. As such, there are no physical products to be shipped.

Access to Services

  • Upon confirmation of your subscription or partnership agreement, digital access to resources, operational tools, or other services will be shared within 1-2 business days.
  • For property sourcing or onboarding, our team will contact you to initiate the process within 24 hours of booking or payment confirmation.

Return Policy

As Cozy Flats BnB primarily provides consultancy, partnership models, and operational services, we do not offer returns for services already rendered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  1. Service Not Delivered: If the service has not commenced within the agreed timeline.
  2. Discrepancies in Services: If the service delivered significantly deviates from the agreed terms, a partial refund may be issued after a review.

Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the issue being identified.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for services already rendered or partially completed.
  • Non-refundable deposits for partnership agreements.

Cancellation Policy

For Service Subscriptions

  • Before Service Activation: Cancellations made before the commencement of the service are eligible for a full refund.
  • After Service Activation: If the service has already commenced, no refunds will be provided.

For Partnership Agreements

  • Cancellations for partnership agreements can be requested within 14 days of signing the contract, subject to a 10% administrative fee deduction.
  • No cancellations will be accepted once property onboarding or operational services have begun.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@cozyflatsbnb.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” Include your booking details, name, and reason for cancellation.
